Don’t see what you’d like in our meat case? Our butchers can create any cut of meat you’d like!
Thicker steaks? Thinner pork chops? The perfect sized roast for a special occasion? They can do it all while you shop around the market.
Meats purchased in-store can be sliced to order while you wait. For a small fee, we are also happy to slice meats purchased outside of our store. These orders are fulfilled at the end of the butcher’s day and subject to availability.
Big buck down? Bring it to our butchers! We will cut and vacuum pack your deer for you.
Our butchers will hand-cut your deer into steaks, cube steaks, stew meat, roasts, burgers and sausage (patties or bulk ground; hot or mild seasoning). Our vacuum packaging ensures a long shelf life and no freezer burn. We can also freeze the meat for you!
We accept whole carcasses or legs, loins, and shoulders in coolers. Deer carcasses that have not been skinned, gutted and cleaned will have an additional fee. A small deposit is required. Please speak with one of our butchers in-store or via phone to determine pricing.

We are pleased to offer a variety of in-house prepared foods in our deli case, including whole hog barbecue, chicken salad, potato salad, slaw, and hot dog chili — the same favorites served over at Flat River Cafe! Our butchers also make fresh whole hog country sausage, available with hot or mild seasoning.
